Last Wednesday All Aboard took 3 teams down to champs. 1 foundation, 2 open, but our young members have also been practicing for young members singles and pairs.
All of them were incredible! Therefore the first of our champs 2026 celebrations, is celebrating our amazing young members!
Elliot 9 - with Scout the Australian Kelpie catching her solo. You likely heard our captain yelling "STRONG ARMS" at him. He made us all hugely proud when after Scout knocked his legs out from him, he got up, brushed off and continued. This was a huge achievement for him.
Matilda 14 - with Atticus the Australian Kelpie and box loading using her voice, a huge achievement. Matilda is another teen who began with chronic embarrassment and shyness. She still has much more to show. But this young lady not only handled one of the teams physically strongest dogs, but used her voice and took on box loading. Well done kiddo.
Ewan 8 - with Ludo the cocker spaniel also learning ring party skills and loading the ramp for foundation. This youngster is honestly remarkable. He loves the game and completes any task with great enthusiasm.
Rebecca 15 - with Winnie the cross breed rescue in pairs, also doing ALL jump heights. Rebecca has overcome chronic shyness and is now a main team player in open racing, with us often forgetting she's still a kid.
Zach 15 - with Reddington the Labrador also doing jump heights and box loading, fairly new addition to the team, cheeky and full.of mischief but a nicer young man will be hard to find.
Noah 9 - another fairly new addition to the team, coming along with his friend Elliot and now getting stuck in, with oodles of excitement. box loading like a champ.
Isaac 9 - a visitor with us at champs. Getting stuck in ball collecting.
they learned the importance of all roles in active racing and blew us away. the future of the sport is safe.
