Level 2 Coaching Course

We are delighted that Bowring Bowling Club is able to host the long waited Level 2 Coaches Course in Shropshire for the southern crown green counties

The course was only confirmed 2 days ago & 6 places have already been snatched up

The 2026 bowling season is here!

Just a gentle reminder, that to help keep everyone safe and meet our legal responsibilities under Fire, Health & Safety & Bar Licensing legislation, all club officials and volunteers supporting maintenance & bar activities, are respectfully asked to watch a short fire safety awareness and use of extinguisher training video.

The video will help refresh your understanding of how fires can start, and critically, what you need to do to protect yourself, your teammates, and our guests.

Shropshire County Ladies v Yorkshire County Ladies

Fabulous afternoon, seeing Shifnal Bowling Club host the Ladies County Semi Final game. Close fought games both home and away, see Shropshire Ladies progress to the finals.

Well done to all involved, and thank you to all those who volunteered their time to ensure the event ran smoothly.

On 22nd of April Shifnal Bowling Club will take part in the Roll Up Shropshire event.

Commencing at 10.00 am until 12.00

A chance for all members, newcomers and visitors to get together and encourage each other as the season gets under way.

Refreshments will be available. Any help around the green, coaching, helping with refreshments or having a roll up together is encouraged.

Lets hope the suns shining.
