Here’s some help for any students or parents who would like to know how to tie a karate belt.

Dear students and parents,

Just reminding those of you that usually attend the Tuesday class that there will be no class tonight, Tuesday 5th May. The school is having an event.

You are more than welcome to attend the Thursday classes in the old gym this week.

Childrens class 5:30pm

Adults and Teenagers 6:30pm

If adults with children that train want to train with them in the childrens class I'm more than happy for you to be in that one and treat it as a mixed ages class.

Just a reminder that there’s a school event on Tuesday this week so there is no class.

The Thursday classes in the old gym are still on as normal so please come along if you can.

If you can only attend the early class or if you’re training with your family, you’re more than welcome to join in the class with the time that works best for you.
