☀️Better sleep could start the moment you wake up.

Your daytime routine can have more of an impact on your sleep than you might think. Getting some natural light early in the day helps your body clock recognise that it’s morning and supports your natural sleep-wake rhythm.

So, before reaching for the caffeine, try reaching for some daylight first!

Enjoy your morning coffee outside when you can

💙 YOU+ Movement Charity Day – THIS WEDNESDAY! 🚴‍♂️

We’re getting ready to pedal our way through the day in support of the Matt Hampson Foundation! 💪

📅 Wednesday 16th September
📍 The Reef Leisure Centre
⏰ 7:00am – 9:00pm

We’ll be taking on our spin bike challenge, working together to clock up as many miles as possible and compete against other sites! 🚴‍♀️🔥

Whether you’re a member, a worker, or simply want to show your support — everyone is welcome to get involved!

Come along, jump on a bike, cheer us on and help us raise money for an incredible cause.

📍 Please be aware that traffic and parking will be busier than usual between 8am–12pm.

If possible, we’d really appreciate it if you could walk or cycle to the gym on Sunday morning. 🚶‍♀️🚲
