Night 3 of the Summer season was a hot one last night but that didn’t stop a decent turnout and great commitment from the players.. 💪🏼

We saw some quality darts in the group stages and that continued all the way into the final between Kev Price and Dan Ware.

A high quality final between them both with plenty of ton + scores but it was Kev who got the win in the end, 4-1, although it wasn’t as one sided as the scoreline suggests..
Winning average: 62.41 👏🏼

There was 180’s hit by Ben Collins (2), Kev Price (1) and Chris Gunningham (1). And a 108 checkout by Ollie Loxton 👌🏼

We return next Wednesday for Night 4, and hopefully the humidity is long gone by then.. 🥵

6th night of the summer league got going tonight and it was two familiar faces in the final with Angus Orrell going up against Clayton Loxton again.. 💪🏼

A quality final between them that went all the way to the decider after Angus failed to finish the match off in the second leg.. 🤯

A strong finish from Clayton made sure of the victory 2-1, with a winning average of 40.51. Both players were class all night. 👏🏼

Final three weeks of the season left now but plenty of time for the first junior champion to be crowned.. 🙌🏼 and still plenty of time for more 100+ scores and checkouts..

Club will be open from 5pm so we look forward to seeing the regulars and any new kids on the oche later on this evening.. 💪🏼

Night Two of the summer league got underway last night and it didn’t disappoint.

There were some quality individual performances from a fair few players in the group stage and plenty of big scores and checkouts.. 👏🏼

15 dart leg or better:

The final was a high standard between Lewis Wickham and Steve Hoskins, in his first nightly final, but it was Lewis that got the victory in the end with a 4-1 win, to make up for not getting over the line on Night One. 👌🏼 Winning average - 76.66.

We also saw a quality final in the consolation comp with Courtney Downton beating Steve Pyne 2-1, to pick up one bonus point. Winning average - 56.29

There’s no darts next Wednesday due to Englands first match in the World Cup, so we will return for Night Three on 24th June..

Hopefully we’ll see you all then 🤜🏼
