We almost had a full house today 👍🏼

Mighty Matt’s started with a circle warm up, we jumped, crabbed and stepped our way around before moving onto line work, pad work and a fun reaction drill to end class 😊

Juniors started with a partner running warm up before splitting into two groups of higher and lower belt levels, we then switched in between line work and pad work, we ended with a drill that tested eye hand coordination, reaction time and correct application 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Leadership worked on some kicking techniques as we focus on technical ability over the next few weeks 🌟🌟🌟

Ladies/Adults started with a running warm up that incorporated panel level fitness before moving onto a class of line work covering all non panel levels, building belt specific combinations 💪🏼👊🏼

🥋🔥 TEAM FEAR INSTRUCTOR TRAINING 🔥🥋

A HUGE thank you to Master Fear for putting together such an incredible Team Fear Instructor Training event and for organising for Master Finch to travel all the way down from Kent to spend the day with us! 🙏🏼

We worked through our forms, one-step drills and choreographed self-defence with a fine-tooth comb — breaking everything down, refining the smallest details and learning so much along the way.

The amount of knowledge shared was incredible. 🤯🥋

My head is scrambled, my heart is absolutely full, and my body needs a HANDLE WITH CARE sign! 🤣🤣

Days like today remind me exactly why I love Martial Arts. There is always more to learn, more to improve and another level to reach.

A massive thank you to Master Fear for continuing to invest in us as instructors, pushing us to be better and creating opportunities for us to keep learning and developing. ❤️

And of course, thank you to Master Finch for sharing your knowledge, experience and expertise with us today. 🙏🏼
