Everyone is welcome on our monthly social ride. We meet on the first Sunday of the month. We usually ride for around an hour or so to a coffee stop and ride back for around an hour and a half.
No one is left behind, and you are welcome to join us whatever you ride. We only ask that you wear a helmet, can ride with a group in a safe and respectful way to other riders and road users.

Our next ride is Sunday 6th September.

It's been awesome building this bike.

Sarto invited us to meet them at Rouleur last year because they were thinking of making us an official Atelier for their brand.

Our chats went well, and they asked us to be one of their exclusive UK Sarto dealers.

The handmade finish is just one small part of what they focus on, since the bike also has to perform, ride well, and be built to the standards Sarto owners expect.

At Grand Tor Cycling, we're all about building a bike that's perfect for the rider in every way.

This custom Sarto Raso TC hits the UCI weight limit with standard parts. We're pretty sure it could be even lighter if you wanted.

If you have been following our Sarto build, we have another instalment. We have built the frame and are now fitting the wheels, tyres, tubes and cassette.

We've chosen the Ere Research Genus II CL45-R, mounting Panaracer Agilest Fast tyres, with Schwalbe Aerothan TPU Clik valve tubes.

We had a chance to test this combination and we love the ride feel, grip level, speed, acceleration and responsiveness.

We are deviating from a stock installation of the Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 groupset on the Sarto Raso. We're going to fit a Ceramicspeed Oversized Pulley Wheel. The Oversized Pulley Wheel is designed to reduce friction and improve power output by saving watts of power. For most of us this might not be that important, but if you are competitively racing, every advantage is vital.
