We are back after the Christmas break!!
Starting with Boxercise tomorrow; fun cardio and strength based classes using pads and gloves, great for fitness and socialising.
Fitness Pilates on Tuesday's; core wellbeing and flexibility class for strength & relaxation.
Circuits on Thursday's; mixture of cardio and strength class, different every week, using equipment or bodyweight.
All classes are suitable for beginners and everyone is welcome.
