Today sees the club at home to Stotfold in a four rink mixed triples game starting at 2pm.

In the evening at 5-30pm Paul plays Andy in the semi-final of the presidents cup.

The ladies game against Barton was called off this afternoon due to the heavy and constant rain.

A men's two wood competition took place early evening and what an excellent game it was,

Dave took an early 5 shot lead only for Steve to pull it aback and go into a four shot lead. The pair was close for the reminder of the game. They went into the 20th end with Steve leading by 2 shots. Dave was holding short but was short with his second and ended with Steve drawing shot and winning the game14 shots to 13 with Steve not bowling his last wood

Tomorrow sees the club at home to Stotfold in a four rink mixed triples game starting at 2pm.

The ladies triples against Barton this afternoon is now two triples, weather permitting at 2pm.

Dave Allen takes on Steve C in the club two woods at 4pm.

Results from todays games are as follows:-

Sandra beat Kay 16 shots to 11 in the club two woods competition and now plays Connie in the final.

In the Adam & Eve game, Maureen and Dave Allen beat Sue H and RIchard by 23 shots to 7. They now play Angela & John on Friday for a place in the final.

Tomorrow the ladies entertain Barton at 2pm and at 4pm Dave A plays Steve C in the semi-finals of the men's two woods.

Update of todays game, both start at 4pm.

Kay plays Sandra in the club two woods.

Maureen and Dave play Sue H and Richard in the Adam & Eve competition for a place in the semi-finals.

Despite winning on three rinks and losing on three the club lost 99 shots to 79 against Henlow this afternoon.

Cyrena, sue S and Gary won 16 shots to 13

Alan, Derek and Bob lost 14 shots to 16

Libby, Andy and Mike won 17 shots to 16

Connie, Maureen and Aaron lost 9 shots to 13

Ann, Keith G and Andrew lost 8 shots to 27

Barry A, Sandra and Barry R won 15 shots to 14

One game tomorrow sees Maureen and Dave Allen take on Sue H and Richard in the Adam and Eve at 4pm.

Might be other games booked, will be in touch with you all in the morning.

Yesterdays result areas follows:-

One club competition was played a mixed triples between Angela, Sandra & Richard played Steve C, Shay And John. The game was close throughout the game with no more than two shots between the teams. it came to the final end with Richard teams winning 13 shots to 12, Only for John's team to pick up a four and win 16 shots to 13 and book a place in the final.

The club had a friendly four rink mixed triples game against Luton West End and won by 94 shots to 53.

Libby, Dave A and Kay won 35 shots to 13

Cyrena, Bob and Barry lost 15 shots to 18

Barry A, Maureen and Gary won 25 shots to 9

Steve B, Sue S and Aaron won 19 shots to 13

This afternoon at 2-30 the club play a six rink mixed triples friendly against Henlow starting at 2-30.

Tonight's results as follows -

In the ladies four woods Sandra came back from being well down toa book a place in the final by beating Stehenoa by 21 shots to 17.

The men's four woods saw John take an early lead and lead by 17 shots to 12 only to have two bad ends and ended up losing by to Colin by 21 shots to 19. Colin now goes on to play Zak in the semi-finals.

A mixed triples game between Sandra and Shay takes place at 2pm tomorrow.

The club has af mixed triples game against Luton West End in a four rink mixed triples game at 2-30.

Todays results below:-

The day started off with Jim gaining revenge for losing yesterday in the four woods by beating Mike S by 15 shots to 8 in the clubs two woods competition.

Libby beat beat Sue S by 21 shots to 16 in the ladies four woods to reach the final where she will play Stephanie or Sandra in the final.

Sue H & Shay beat Stephanie & Maureen by 23 shots to 9 to reach the final of the ladies pairs.

The final game of the day saw an exciting Adam & Eve game which was close throughout the match. The winners were Sandra & Aaron who beat Zak & Kay by 15 shots to 14 to book a place in the final.

Tomorrow sees Stephanie play Sandra in the ladies four woods at 4pm.

John play Colin in the clubs four woods at 5pm.

Its the next round of the Fish & chips league starting at 6pm.

Run down of yesterdays results are as follows;-

Mike S beat Jim 21 shots to 6 in the men's semi final of the four woods.

Our ladies beat Mobsbury Park 33 shots to 26 in a two rink triples game.

Margaret C, Stephanie and Kay/Shay won 16 shots to 12

Connie, Maureen and Janet won 19 shots to 14

There was two men's triples games in the evening with both games close throughout.

Aaron, Steve B and Gary beat Alan, Kevin and Martin by 14 shots to 12.

Paul, Steve C and John beat Stewart, Keith G and Mike E by 22 shots to 14, picking up two threes on the last two ends.

More club games today starting of with Mike S playing Jim in the men's two woods at 1pm.

A couple of ladies games starting 2pm are as follows.

Libby playing Sue S in the four woods and Stephanie & Maureen take on Sue H & Shay in ladies pairs.

Last game of the day sees Sandra & Aaron playing Zak & Kay in the semi finals of the Adam & Eve competition at 5pm
