I’m a qualified and registered yoga teacher. I specialise in Sculpt Yoga, Yoga for Back Care and Pregnancy Yoga.

I’m excited to offer Yoga Sculpt at The Yard. This is a low impact but high tempo class using light weights to build strength and flexibility. It’s Yoga...but not as you know it!

Don’t worry if you haven’t done yoga before! My classes are relaxed, with great music and I offer plenty of options and adaptations. Come along and give it a try - you’ll love it!

My teaching style is all about connecting with your body. I love a flowing Vinyasa yoga practice with a heavy focus on how it feels in the body, rather than how it looks. Let’s ditch the perfectionism!

Hello!

My name is Hayley

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach. I have been working in the industry for almost 10 years and fitness has truly changed my life. I specialize in helping people find their strength and confidence both inside and outside of the gym. If you’ve never been to a gym before, or lifted weights, I am here to help. Everyone belongs and everyone deserves to live a happy and healthy life.

I take In-Person 1:1 and Small Group Training clients, as well as Virtual/Online clients. I do specialize in training women (with a Womens Specialization Certification). However, I have many male clients and regardless of your goal, I am here to support you and help you along your journey. My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help you feel comfortable, capable, and confident (have I said that before? I really focus on confidence if you can’t tell).

A couple of quick facts about me:
1️⃣ I am a proud Canadian living in the UK 🇨🇦.
2️⃣ I am a bodybuilder 💪🏻 and compete in the Bikini Division 👙
3️⃣ I love travelling 🌎, coffee ☕️, food & a nice red wine 🍷
4️⃣ I have two French Bulldogs named Chevy & Sterling Mallory Archer 🐶🐶

The sun is out, and the vibes at **The Yard** today are absolutely spot on! ☀️🕶️

There is nothing quite like a beautiful Bank Holiday Monday, and the studio is buzzing with that perfect mix of energy and chilled holiday feels. Everyone is getting stuck into their training, bringing the best attitude, and making the turf the place to be.

If you're out enjoying the sunshine, hope you're having a brilliant day—and if you've already smashed a session with us this morning, enjoy that well-earned post-workout shake! 🥤✨
