Yoga brings together the body, mind and spirit through three main practices: Physical Poses (Asanas), Breathing Techniques and Meditation/Relaxation techniques

Our classes are taught at a beginner level so it doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner to Yoga or exercise in general

Being on the first aid course yesterday reminded me just how many people are suffering with conditions, where if they exercised and ate well could be prevented

Jon, the tutor mentioned 1 in every 5 hospital beds was taken up by someone with Diabetes!

My fitness goals as a younger person where more aesthetic - lose weight, tone up, look good.

However now my goals are to age well.
Be mobile, healthy and live a good quality of life!

Just sitting down for a cuppa, after a super busy day ☕️

Thank you to all our wonderful members who gave up their time this morning to attend our Pilates and Yoga classes, whilst being filmed 📹🧘‍♀️

And to everyone who popped in or stayed after class to film some short videos of their experience as a member at New Healthy Body

Thank you to our fab team members who were also able to pop in for photos and film a short video about being part of our team and the benefits of Pilates 🥰
