Fantastic Course today run by Dill Young, Dave Shaw and ourselves.
Lots of students for all clubs
We were first up, covering throws and their principles.
Next was Dave, covering the power slap and how to deal with multiple opponents.
Last, but by no means least, was
Dill covering two person drills, pushing hands.
Well done to all who attended, your all managed to keep focused throughout the 3 hours! Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Wow! What a following Sensei Derek gets from the Sheffield Karate community everytime he comes. Yesterday he shared his teachings of the Bassai Dai Kata.
Following which he took our instructors through teaching the basics of Karate.
