Our Thursday Night U8–U10 Boys Small Group Sessions are back with a bang, and what a session it was! The energy, intensity and quality on show from every player was outstanding. 👏⚽

At FPC, we create an environment where players are challenged, encouraged and inspired to improve every single week.

Our fast-paced, high-quality 1-hour sessions include:

⚽️ Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) Training

Every session is designed to maximise touches on the ball, build confidence, improve decision-making and develop players in a fun, competitive environment.

Monday night back with a bang! 💥

Our girls-only session was back in full swing tonight, and the girls were right at it from the first whistle. 👏

Some great football on show, with a real intensity to everything we did. The quality on the ball keeps improving week after week, and it's great to see the hard work paying off.

Monday Night Football 🎥⚽

Another fantastic evening at FPC with our girls’ group sessions!
The effort, intensity, and quality on show tonight were excellent, with the girls really pushing themselves throughout the session.

🕐 1 hour packed with:
Fast-paced passing combinations
Competitive 1v1s
Ball mastery work
High-tempo SAQ and fitness drills
A brilliant attitude from everyone involved and great progress being made every week.

Another good U7/U8 small group session tonight.
The lads worked hard, showed great attitudes, and continued to learn and develop. Every session is about growth, improvement, and getting that little bit better each time — 1% better, session by session.
