Gravity Fitness is a fitness studio offering Aerial Hoop and Pole Dance Fitness classes, 1-2-1 Personal Training, Small group training (2-4 people),and private Aerial Fitness sessions and parties. Fitness should be done to help you achieve your specific goals, gain you confidence,and make you fitter and healthier. But at Gravity Fitness there will always be an element of fun and excitement guaranteed! This studio is perfect for individuals who are wanting to feel more confident, not only in their bodies but in their own ability to accomplish challenges and overcome fears.
