The Farmyard Jam Ultra OCR is on the 4th June 2022 in Derby, and is the first ever multi-day OCR in the UK.

Run 5K every hour, on the hour.

This is a last person standing event, so expect to DNF.

LAST CHANCE TO WIN

The Little Welly - kids obstacle course and festival will host events in Sevenoaks (May 14th-15th) and Henley (June 11th-12th) in 2022. You can win two free tickets to either venue by sharing this post by Sunday, October 25th and commenting on why you think kids should be encouraged to get muddy. UKOSF will then draw one lucky winner.
The Little Welly experience is all about getting kids active, outdoors, running, jumping, and of course muddy. They help children to connect with nature, giving them a sense of adventure and freedom to run wild. The perfect antidote to screen time, helping children have some time away from the technology that dominates all our lives. The Little Welly obstacle courses challenge children, help them to solve problems on their own and as part of a team and most importantly enables them to have a lot of fun and get very muddy!

A Doncaster mum is taking on an epic, mud-soaked challenge in memory of her baby girl to raise funds for the place they spent their final moments together - Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice.

Fiona Smith, who spent three magical weeks with Ivy-Rose at Bluebell Wood, is taking on the Mud Madness UK event which is held in support of the charity.

After last year's event was cancelled due to the pandemic, hundreds are expected to join Fiona to scramble and slither their way through 25 extremely muddy obstacles at Hesley Wood Scout Camp in Chapeltown.

There are two courses to suit all abilities, so this really is the perfect chance to dive in, create some magical muddy memories of your own and make a real difference to local families.

We haven’t posted for a while... but this deserves a repost. 5th in Europe! Congrats .

5th place today at the 15K I’m very pleased with the result and with my performance. Thank you to everyone who has supported me both here in Poland and back at home, I really appreciate it. I will post more about my race in the coming days but for now It’s now time to recover and most importantly enjoy the next few days in Poland with the person I couldn’t do with without 😘 as always it’s a team effort

Delicious new obstacles at today, they really have levelled up! I think my favourites were the lane on Funky Monkey, swinging through the Leap of Faith, balancing through Black Widow and the Gauntlet combo 🙌 Plus some gorgeous running through the hilly woodland trails 😍
Lovely to catch up with the Tougher runners and take home some sparkly new medals 🥇
