🏋️ BANK HOLIDAY. STILL SHOWED UP.
While most people were sleeping in, this crew was at Parkwood Springs getting after it. Workout done ✅ Then someone had the bright idea to head down to Rivelin plunge pool for a cold dip together.

Turns out not everyone in this group can actually swim — we had one grown man doggy-paddling for his life like it was his first day at the leisure centre. No shame though. That's the point. Nobody's pretending to be something they're not here.

Capped it off with breakfast and a proper conversation about what we actually prioritise in life. Not small talk — the real stuff.

This is F3. Every Monday and Friday, 6am, Parkwood Springs, Sheffield. Bank Holidays included. No exceptions.

Speaking of which — next Bank Holiday is Christmas Day. And yes, we'll be there.

Because despair doesn't take a day off.
Loneliness doesn't disappear when the tinsel comes out of the loft.
And Christmas dinner calories still count.

The 3 I's of being a 21st Century man that are also lies

Be Individual - Anything that involves collective behaviour is a cult and must be avoided
Be Independent - Only lazy people ask for help that hasn't been paid for
Be Ignorant - Exploring emotions is nonsense

How does F3 tackle these lies?

Regular collective hardship in close proximity, which helps to build bonds that modern life can't manufacture.

A community approach that sees service to those close to you as an honour, not a chore.

A circle of trust at the end of a workout to explore anger, fear, sadness and how me might navigate these strong feelings.

🏃‍♂️F3 UK Midlands are raising money for ANDY'S MAN CLUB💰

Friend of F3 Sheffield - Concrete and friends are taking on
Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. The team will attempt to summit all three mountains within 24 hours.

F3 UK MIdlands want to raise money for a charity whose work closely reflects those same values supporting men's physical health, mental wellbeing and community.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help make a real difference while encouraging more men to step forward, connect with others and realise they never have to face life's mountains alone.
