Looking forward to a new half term of Qigong at St Leonards S2 from Thursday 4 June at 10-11am.
We are doing a Qigong set called Tai chi Ball which involves using a light ball.

Interested in trying out Shiatsu?

Thanks to the Shiatsu Society UK, I am able to offer two people £25 off their first ever Shiatsu treatment.

You'd just need to provide a short testimonial (100 words) and agree to them using your first name, initial of surname, and town of residence in their marketing.

I practise Shiatsu at Fiveways clinic, Sheffield. The usual cost of an initial Shiatsu treatment is £55 for 1 hour 15 mins, this would be discounted to £30.

Our next Qigong session at Sheffield Flourish is this Wednesday 8 April.

Come and enjoy some gentle mindful movement!

When: Monthly Qigong session on the second Wednesday of the month at 4.15pm-5.15pm (please come a little earlier if it's your first session).
