Weekly round up ✅

1. Belting session with the lads
2. Implemented some sprints 5x 300m
3. Hit my goal weight 198lbs
4. Put my manliness to the test and built a shed (with a lot of help) 👀
5. Hit some good lifts Saturday and then polished of with sushi
6. Sunday rounded off with a hike and customary hot tub and Star Wars film🤓

Ready to put a shift in before jetting off to Palma for the stag do 😅✈️

Big week boxed off ✅
Clients all putting in some top effort 🚀
Took some big steps towards my next goal 👨🏼‍💻
I completed my 10k in under and hour 🥵
Hit my weekly goal weight -200lb 📉
Had a few great 1-2-1 with some of the coaches at s20 👥
Finished up with bbq with mates yesterday
And a beautiful walk and bqq diner today.
Now time for hot tub and a beer 🍺
Don’t mind if I desperadoo!

Having a goal for 3 months isn’t clarity. You need to understand exactly what your wanting in the bigger picture and aim your next 12 months in that direction.

Do all of your relationships support you for success? Are you constantly arguing or fighting your partner? Do your friends support or sabotage your goals? Who are your trusted advisors?

Are you financially setting your self up for success? Are you happy with your current income and does it support your future vision?

Are you recovering from all life’s challenges, sleeping well, eating correctly, managing your stress? Are you organising and prioritising your days to be as productive as possible?

If you haven’t got a solid foundation to build a high performance lifestyle, you will quickly find out that it’s windy at the top.

Trying to be a high performer, get in shape, smash your business, keep your family and relationship healthy and mange all the stress is hard work! Without a solid foundation your transformation collapses.

Weekend done right

🏋🏼‍♀️ Saturday early posterior session with

🏃‍♂️ Finished off with a (accidental park run) with my client Dennis! 👊🏽.

🎭 On to the theatre for “Something about Jamie” absolutely brilliant couldn’t recommend this enough!

⛰️Sunday up early 8.5 mile round Derwant with the family, finished off with a Ruby Murray 🐷.

Ready for a big week of graft before ✈️
