Most coaches sell sessions.

I built a development programme.

A plan that explains:

Why their child isn’t reaching their potential.

What needs improving.

How it will be improved.

And how they’ll know it’s working.

That’s exactly why I created Tappedin.

Every session, task and review is built around one goal:

Helping players out think, out play and out work.

Not just for next weekend’s game.

For their entire football journey.

I don’t sell football sessions.

I build footballers.

Comment “PROGRAM” and I’ll explain how.

The game would become a lot easier for your child if they stopped focusing on the ball and started understanding the space around it.

That’s where time comes from.

That’s where options come from.

And that’s where better decisions come from.

What’s one thing you wish your child understood sooner about football?

One of the biggest mistakes in youth football is trying to fix every problem with technique.

Players don’t need a new skill move.

They need a better understanding of how to create space and manipulate defenders.

Once they understand that, the technique had a purpose.

The body feint wasn’t the lesson.

The step over wasn’t the lesson.

The lesson was understanding the relationship between the ball, the defender and the space.

Once players understand that, the techniques become far more effective because they know why they’re using them.

That’s the difference between practising actions and understanding the game.

We often judge young players by goals, assists and highlights.

But the behaviours they repeat every week usually tell you much more about their future.

If you asked your child’s coach, teammates and parents to describe them on the pitch in one word…

What would you hope they say?

A lot of parents assume football intelligence is something players either have or don’t have.

But skills like scanning, recognising space, creating angles and timing movements can all be learned.

That’s why a player who struggles to influence games today can look completely different six months from now.

Your child may not be stuck.

They may simply not have learned it yet ⚽️

Comment “SCORECARD” and I’ll send you the exact scorecard I use to uncover the hidden development gaps that stop players standing out in matches.

Does your child look good in training…
but still struggle against stronger or faster players on match day? ⚽️

A lot of young players actually have good technical ability.

But when pressure increases in games, they can struggle because football isn’t just about technique.

It’s also:
• awareness before receiving
• decision making under pressure
• body positioning
• confidence after mistakes
• recognising space early
• using intelligence instead of just physicality

That’s often the difference between players who get dominated physically in matches…
and players who stay composed, outsmart players and thrive under pressure.

Our FREE Standout Player Scorecard helps parents identify the hidden areas that may be holding their child back.

One of the biggest changes in this kid’s game over the last year hasn’t actually been technique

He already had a lot of technical ability when he first came to sessions

The biggest difference is he now understands the game better

Before, stronger/faster players could frustrate him

Now he scans before receiving
Thinks before the ball arrives
Understands how to manipulate defenders instead of just trying to beat them physically
And has developed the character and resilience to keep demanding the ball even after mistakes

He’s always learning how to:
• create space before receiving
• use body shape to protect the ball
• disguise actions
• use skills with purpose
• recognise pressure earlier
• and outsmart defenders instead of fighting their strengths

That’s real development to me

Not just skills…
but composure under pressure, understanding and confidence

A lot of young players are taught football in isolated drills.

But football itself isn’t isolated.

It’s constant movement, relationships, timing and decision making around teammates and defenders.

That’s why we use rondos.

Not just to improve passing…

but to help players learn how to constantly support, adjust, understand the game around them and learn to pass with the required technique for each action ⚽️

There’s a reason coaches like Pep Guardiola have used rondos so heavily throughout their careers.

Because they teach football in context.

Not just technique in isolation.
