Not going to lie...I was ready for packing it all in and walking away 6 months ago..As you all know I've had a pretty s**t 2025..

I decided with my son Kye to kick myself in the bo****ks and sort myself out...cannot express the massive support from my family my partner Donna and my members..I have received..

Once again every body wants to train at MUSCLE MADNESS GYM.

The gym has gone from strength to strength...its just buzzing again...
