Today we celebrate English Athlete Helen Marsh and coach Sensei Luke Easton as they head onto the tatami one more time at the European Karate Championships.

The hard work has been done, the sacrifices made, and now it comes down to one final moment, gold or silver. But to us, youโ€™ll always be pure gold.

Your dedication, spirit, and determination inspire everyone around you, and we couldnโ€™t be prouder of the athlete you are. Go out there and enjoy every second!

Good luck Helen and Sensei Luke, from everyone at the English Karate National Governing Body.
