We hope everyone has had a lovely summer holidays! ☀️ Good luck to everyone starting their new school year group!

🥋 Just a reminder that now summer is over we expect everyone to be wearing uniform to classes. Gi bottoms, belt and tshirt/hoodie 🥋

Don’t forget to use any missed classes up throughout September!

Grading is on the 24th and 25th of October. We will be handing letters out in the next few weeks.

We look forward to seeing everyone training hard 💪🏼

☀️ Extreme Heat Update ☀️

Due to the exceptionally hot weather this week, we’ll be operating on a reduced timetable. Wednesday:
Classes 5pm-7pm
Thursday:
No classes

There will be extra instructors in on Tuesday to support in classes.

It’s looking like 30+ degrees outside and it’s much hotter in the dojo. 🌡️ While safety remains our absolute priority, we also know how disappointing cancellations can be, so we’re doing our best to keep classes running where it’s safe to do so.

Please feel free to catch up on missed classes.

You can wear shorts and bring plenty of water! 💧
