Meet the u15’s….
After some big players departed last year we will start this season with a new formation and some new players to hopefully put on some entertaining performances and get some good results.
Managed by Nelly, the ex pro who wants to bring the best out of the lads.
Coached by Danny who has more ideas than pep.
Coached by Andy who tries to keep the lads positive.

Hopefully we can have a good season but win lose or draw we always come back for more!!!! Up the Allstars!!!!

Wow what an introduction to men's football! Well I thought well and the game was even for about 10 mins. We were trying to get at them with and had a couple of through balls that on another day probably lead to goals but from what seemed their 1st meaningful attack they scored.10 minutes later Some sloppy play cost us the 2nd goal and 3 minutes later it was 3-0. On the half hour mark they got a pen which they converted to make it 4 and it was 5-0 on 38 minutes. Honestly I thought all avoidable goals and wondered how we were 5-0 while playingbto be honest.

Right on the stroke of half time some decent play from us down our left side won us a free kick in a dangerous position. Kieran delivered a lovely free kick which Stephen met to get us a goal and make it 5-1. Half time was weird because I didn't think the scoreline reflected the game and thought wed got a good chance of getting back in it but 3 mins in they got a sixth. A seventh soon followed. On the 63rd minute some hard work from Jack H pressing the keeper meant he kicked the ball straight to Kacper who was very composed when he controlled and finished well for our second. We were still having a go but they got an 8th going followed by 9 and 10.

Definitely not the result we wanted and we also had a couple of nasty looking injuries but I know people will think im mad when I say this but we need to take the positives and there were some despite the scoreline. Plenty to work on and we'll go again next week.

Sheffield Allstars U13's 4 - 0 Greasbrough Youth

IT'S BACK! The season is off and running for the U13's and it's off to a flier!

We arrived in S61 off the back of a disjointed pre-season due to numerous reasons but we knew we had a good performance in us to get us going, despite having injuries in the squad.

We started off on the front foot and never really looked back. A cool finish from Jack, after a hatful of chances went begging, got us off the mark for the season. We then dominated the half, without adding to our tally. 1-0 at the break.

The second half saw us really take the game to our opponents and a second from Jack put our opponents to bed. More flowing football followed, with a great finish from Esme and a tidy finish from Daniel seeing us take the spoils in the Rotherham rain.

Allstars u9 blue vs Abbey Lane

Our u9s continue to surprise us every single week and got there win today through there work rate and communication.

Having been moved up 6-7 divisions and still battle as they do against strong opponents is brilliant to see keep it up lads.

Addison took home the parents award today for a great performance in multiple positions and well deserved keep it up Pads.

Motm JOSEPH

Joseph took home the hard decision of man of the match today with his excellent all round display his decision making today was the best yet keep it up Joseph.

U11W 🆚 STAINCROSS

This year the season sstsrted with 2 players down due to injury. The boys did not let that stop them and still came to support their team!!

Going into the game the boys started strong with great communication and passing. The first half ended with the ALLSTARS leading the game.

In the second half staincross did up the game and managed to pull it back with a few goals for them selves but the ALLSTARS once again found their feet and landed more in the back of the net!!

The first game of the season landed great for the boys with their first win!!

U10 Blues 🆚 Whiston Wildcats

Our Allstars U10 Blues got the season underway this morning as they welcomed a very good Whiston Wildcats to Shortbrook.

The Sky blues produced a fantastic display of football playing with confidence, energy and attacking intent.

After some early end to end exchanges, the game came to life on 9 minutes as Cailen drove forward from midfield before sliding the ball into Arthur who made no mistake, lashing the ball into the net for the season’s opener.

Nine minutes later following a fabulous flowing move down the pitch ended with Captain Albie delivering an excellent cross which Ronnie met with a superb first time strike into the roof of the net for number two.

After Whiston had halved the deficit before the break, the Allstars rallied with Cailen picking the ball up on the corner of the penalty area and produced an unstoppable strike into the far corner for his first and the Allstars third.

With six minutes to go Cailen was at it again, producing a carbon copy of his first goal to complete a fantastic individual performance.

A brilliant start to the season for our U10 Blues.

Barnsley Juniors Blue vs. Allstars U11 Blue

A game won through sheer work rate.

Today we travelled to the far side of Barnsley. There are several things that are mandatory when playing in this part of the world:-

•A bonfire nearby. ✅

•A questionable pitch. ✅

•Bad weather. ✅

•A Whippet (unfortunately, not today). ❌

(Come on Kes 🤌🏻)

We had no substitutes today, so we knew it was going to be physically tough. Combined with a pitch that had rather long grass, the challenge was well and truly set.

Nevertheless, we started on the front foot and dominated from the off. About 15 minutes in, Tom delivered a lovely ball from a kick-in, which Oliver ⚽ got on the end of to prod us into the lead.

This was closely followed by a Bellingham-style, gutsy solo run from deep by Max S⚽, who scored a beautiful solo effort to double our lead.

Barnsley pulled one back just before half-time, leaving us with a one-goal lead going into the break.

In the second half, our lads began to show signs of fatigue due to the lack of subs, and Barnsley started to get on top. However, our boys showed real character to stay in the game.

With five minutes to go, we turned the tables once more. Through sheer determination and effort, we finished as the dominant team and, in the process, secured the victory.

All seven players put in an incredible shift today, and everyone was in the running for the matchday honours. However, two players in particular stood out:-

Tom: Today's captain spent the first half in midfield, picking up an assist, before dropping back into defence where he was as solid as a rock—subsequently earning himself PMOM.🥉

Oliver: Played upfront and did everything a striker needs to do. He chased down every ball, held play up well, and bagged himself a well-deserved goal, and was rightfully MOM. 🥇

SEASON OPENER u9s White💙⚽️

What a way to start the season for Sheffield All Stars U9 Whites! ⭐

Today was a really special day for the boys, with some of them playing their first ever competitive football match. There were definitely a few nerves beforehand, but once they stepped onto the pitch, they showed exactly what they are capable of.

The football was fantastic from start to finish — great passing, brilliant touches, some excellent tackles and some fantastic goals. Most importantly, we saw the boys putting into practice the things we’ve been working on in training.

⚽️ Mason & George — fantastic finishing and excellent performances.

⚽️ Adam — some great finishing. His confidence continues to grow.

⚽️ Seb — a fantastic finish⚽️ and, as always, a brilliant attitude. A huge well done to Seb for being named Parents’ Player of the Week this week! 🏆👏

💪 Cole — some excellent touches and strong play throughout.⚽️ Again, great finishing

⚡ Tommy — his confidence is growing every week and it’s fantastic to see.

⭐ Jaden — showing real confidence when playing further forward. Always trying to get his first overhead " Ronaldo" goal.

For us, today was never about the result. It was about development, confidence, teamwork, learning and enjoying football — and the boys ticked every box.

For some of them, it was their first taste of competitive football, and they should all be incredibly proud of themselves.
