The design degree has finally been put to use!

I’ve put together a new flyer for my PT business as I’m trying to reach more local people.

Hi folks. Moving forwards, I’ll be switching this Chapeltown Boxercise account over to my Personal Training page.

I want to try and be a bit more engaging online with my main pt business, hence the decision.

Great to be back!!

Tonight, there were lots of reasons why it was easier for this group to stay at home ; New to it, jet lag, old injuries, six weeks of not exercising etc, but it’s fantastic to see people back at it and trying their best!

The hardest part of exercise is showing up 💪 Well done everyone!

Everyone was given the option of a tricky combo or an easier one. It was up to the individual which they used.
