Ever been told by a Pilates or yoga teacher that you're 'hypermobile'? I'd encourage you to challenge them on this. On the grounds that 1. they're not qualified to make that call, 2. flexibility doesn't equal hypermobility and 3. hypermobility doesn't equal negative.

Hi all, any interest in an outdoor Pilates class next week, probably in Graves Park (but open to suggestions)? It would be weather dependent, byo mat, socially distanced, capped at 5 people, and free but require a charitable donation. PM if interested and I'll see what numbers look like. :D
