Do I need to be FIT to join Enjoy Outdoor Fitness?
NO, you don't need to be super fit to join Enjoy Outdoor Fitness. Our sessions are designed for you to work at your own pace and capability. High intensity, combined strength and functional training programs with a cardio component. The programs utilise bodyweight exercises, plyometric movement, cardio and a range of equipment, delivering intensity, variety and fun.
FEEL ALIVE OUTSIDE. 3 levels of fitness, starting at beginners, intermediate and then advanced. Work at your own pace and capability. High intensity. Get in shape, get fit and have fun! Ages 16+ , ANY ability welcome! Classes are all 1 hour long and run all year round.
