Our latest build completed. RTS TTR6. Never seen one of these in the flesh before. Built with full Ultegra 11 speed group set, fsa carbon seat post and OS 99 stem. Bontrager race ### life carbon bars and a one off Easton EA90 rear wheel modified with an EA70 axle to prevent the dreaded over tightening of the bearings which is common on this wheel. .org.uk

This week we had a young man come to see us with a problem. He was wanting to build himself a little run around mountain bike but the old GT alloy frame he brought to us had a problem. The bottom bracket shell had a hairline crack. Rather than a potentially expensive alloy weld repair we made a containment ring and shrink fitted it on for him. 36 hours later here's the result. .org.uk

Converted to 3 x 10 speed Ultegra for a customer of senior years when his 53/39 Dura Ace became to much after a triple heart bypass. Also we found an area of damage on the top tube caused by crushing during transit in a bike box. This we repaired using colour matched carbon matting followed by a full relacquer and is now almost invisible below the ic of the sonic badge on the left side of the tube.

The frame had been damaged by the previous owner. Due to poor maintenance the rear derailer had shifted too far and gone in to the back wheel breaking the dropout on the drive side across the last mounting hole for the hanger. Repaired with carbon matting and epoxy followed by a full rebuild almost to original spec but with lighter bars, stem, seat post and wheels topped off with a female specific saddle. The lady owner of this is new to cycling and I wanted her to have something light and comfortable enough to enjoy without being too racy geometry wise.
