Rope face pulls are one of my favourite exercises for poor posture and shoulder joint dysfunction. This will enhance scapular stability and strength.
This exercise will help to strengthen the chronically weak muscles in your upper limb that get stretched out all day as we sit in a slumped position at the computer or driving cars. This will also build strength in your upper back muscles.
This is one of the best exercises to fix rounded shoulders.
Best to go lighter weight and focus on slow and controlled reps and focusing on squeezing your shoulder blade together each rep π more about quality reps than quantity and rushing the exercise πͺ
