Just to remind everyone there are no Kickboxing classes tomorrow Thursday 5th March - Saturday 6th March no Kickboxing classes or children’s Kung Fu classes - Monday 9th March no Kung fu classes - back to normal on Tuesday 10th March. 👊🏽👊🏽🥊

Just to let students know there is no driving access to the club this morning 24th May) - workmen are repairing the tram lines - so you’ll have to park in Morrisons top car park ( via Pen*stone rd ) the only driving access is from Hillsborough corner up towards the club -

Circuit 15+ 8:30pm (pre book)
TUESDAY- kids kickboxing 5pm
Juniors kickboxing 6pm
Adult kickboxing 7pm
WEDNESDAY- kids Kung Fu - 5pm
Junior Kung Fu - 6pm
TURSDAY - 4-6 yrs kickboxing 4pm
Kids kickboxing 5 pm
Junior kickboxing - 6 pm
Adult kickboxing - 7pm
SATURDAY - kids kickboxing -10am
Junior kickboxing - 11am
Junior Kung Fu - 12 pm
Adult Kung Fu - 12pm
