The application process for the U13s and U15 Girls' Regional Programme in 2026, run by the Yorkshire Premier Leagues, is now open.
The geographical splits are done by Local Authority Regions and are as follows:
East and Central - East Riding, Hull, Leeds, Selby and Wakefield
North - Cleveland, North Yorkshire, York
South - Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield
West - Bradford, Calderdale and Kirklees
Each player must play for the region covered by the relevant area postcode
Dates and times for trials in our area are as follows:

Sunday 12th April
The Boundary Indoor Cricket Centre, 1 Longacre Close, Sheffield, S20 3FR
U13s 10.00am - 11.30am
U13s 11.30am - 1.00pm
U15s 1.30pm - 3.00pm
U15s 3.00pm - 4.30pm

Eligibility
Any girl who is not currently selected for the EPP, County A or the MCC Elite Squad (run by Yorkshire CCC) is eligible to trial. Girls' who are MCC Hub players are still eligible to trial.
Trials are free of charge, but the cost once selected will be £225.00 which includes kit, coaching, match days and a residential 2 days at Scarborough College.
Kit
The Regional Girls' kit is provided by Orox.
Kit sizing days for each region will be arranged. Players will receive a training top, playing shirt and cap as part of their bundle. Other apparel including hoodies, mid layers, trousers, shorts etc can be purchased via the Regional Club Shop page on the Orox website.
Format
There will be 4, 2-hour coaching sessions per region, per age group.
These will take place on weekday evenings between 11th May 2026 and 10th July 2026 – venues tbc.
Match dates, times and venues will be confirmed once selected. There will be 4 regionalised match days and a 2-day resisdential.
