Question for my Clubbers. Tomorrow is forecast 34 degrees. I’m happy to run the class, bring out all 6 fans, provide ice pops for the end and generally lower the intensity of the workout, but wanted to check if anyone actually intends to come and workout with me in the heat.
Please also remember that there will be no class next Thursday as it’s GCSE results day & Thursday 27th I’m off on holiday, so the next class would be Thursday 3rd September.

It’s going to be a hot one for Clubbercise tonight! New music & new routines- plenty of fans to cool the room down, plus I’ll be bringing ice pops. Give me a hands up as a comment in this post so I know I won’t be clubbing solo 😂😂
You can help yourself by wearing sweat wicking clothes, removing all traces of body moisturiser (its limits your body’s ability to sweat which is your body’s own cooling system) & bring plenty of water too!

Still unwell so decided to cancel Clubbercise tomorrow so that I’m not messing people about last minute. Sorry to do this but I’m sure I’ll be fighting fit for next week 💪🏻💪🏻🤒😷
