If you are wanting to compete there will be competition tips and info, posing practice and lots of nutritional advice.

£5 for the session goes to the gym hosting us (Revolution Gym Rotherham) and the rest is

up to us. You don't have to be a BNBF member any federation/association welcome or if you just want to join in and learn and share.....
