Here’s exactly what you’re getting when you come to Carlton Coaching.
1-to-1 Sessions
Old school coaching, delivered with love and care. Honest. Direct. We push players to their limits — not to break them, but because that’s how you actually build someone. No sugar-coating, no fake praise. Just real work and real relationships.
Group Sessions
Competitive. Intense. Fast-paced. No long queues, no standing around waiting for a touch — these sessions are built around loads of ball work and genuine competition. High energy, every session.
Elite Sessions*l
Starting next month. High-level players only. Application-based — you apply, you get assessed, and if you’re accepted, you’re in. Overseen by a Leeds United Academy Scout. Small numbers, high standard.
Mindset & Confidence Sessions
For ages 9-13. Delivered 1-to-1 every week — this is about helping players feel better in life. More positive, more confident, happier in themselves. We also run a group session every Sunday at 6:30pm for players who want that same work in a group setting.
Just real coaching, real feedback, and a genuine relationship with every player and family we work with.
