MONDAY MOTIVATION 💪🥇

A massive well done to our incredible member Louise, who brought home GOLD from the European Masters Athletics event in Catania after setting a Season’s Best in the V70 Women’s 10km race!

After battling injury setbacks earlier this year, Louise showed exactly what resilience, consistency and hard work can achieve.

From training sessions and classes at Abbeydale to competing internationally, most inspiring.

We’re very proud to have you as part of our community Louise 👏

This wasn’t her first time winning medals, she also came home with a haul from October’s European Masters event in Madeira (Pics 2 and 3). Go Louise!!
