New Early Morning Yoga & Pilates Classes

Starting w/c 20th July, we are introducing early morning Yoga & Pilates with Sally-Ann. These 45 minute sessions are aimed to get you ready for the day ahead.

Mondays 7am - 7.45am Pilates

Tuesdays 7am - 7.45am Yoga

Non-members can alson book on these 2 classes for FREE for the weeks commencing 20th & 27th July alone. First come first serve. After this fortnight they will be FREE for members and trialists, £7 for non-members.

The other sessions listed are now also available to book. Members can book on the member booking page.

Non-members can book by calling 01142620550 and the fee is £7.00 a class.

Great night for our first week of summer league. 9 weeks of group games before the semis and finals in September. Lovely to see juniors, new members, racketballers and team players all coming together in the same event.
