If you've been following me here for even a short while then you'll have realised that I'm pretty slack with posting things... so I'm going to be merging my two accounts (the Buggyfit one and the run-coaching/PT/personal one) into a single account...

Sessions are now closed for an extended Christmas break, returning on Monday 5th January.

Thank you all so much for a wonderful year of sessions, with lots of fun, fitness, laughter and baby cuddles. You truly make my job the best job there is!

Have a fabulous festive season and I look forwards to getting back out in the parks with you all in 2026!

Every year at roughly this point, I think about all the babies that came to Buggyfit 3 to 4 years ago and who will be starting school around now...

If this is the big week for your little one then I'm thinking of you - it's an emotional time!

Happy to see them taking exploratory steps into the wider world, sad that they might be away from you more, excited for all the opportunities that will come their way, worried about how they'll cope...
