Today i had the pleasure of running our fabulous carers group chair aerobics session in aid of carers week.

Carer's Week is an annual UK-wide awareness campaign dedicated to recognising the vital contributions of unpaid carers and highlighting the challenges they face.

Derbyshire Carers Association

We have been meeting now online on Fridays for 6 years!!

What a great outcome and proud to be still involved with this incredible organisation

This is run now monthly due to funding, but hopefully i can fudraise again soon for our fantastic unpaid family carers in Derbyshire.

An unpaid carer is anyone—friend, neighbor, or family member—who provides regular support to someone who cannot manage day-to-day life without help. This help might be due to a disability, an illness, mental health challenges, or old age.
