Train Dirty Private Gym: Passionate & Dedicated Personal Trainer My aim as a Personal Trainer/Fitness instructor is to bring out the best in you. Exercise knows no limits.

I will work you to your limit whilst providing you with witty banter and food recommendations, (probably whilst eating). I promise however long you spend with me will be entertaining and educational. I will never make you do something I can't do myself; I practice what I preach. If you think you can't, you can.

This place deserves a post of its own 😍 🌻
Me and had a wonderful day out at Farmer Copleys Sunflower Field! It was our first time visiting and we had the best day wandering through the sunflowers and eating ice cream. I had the Hokey Pokey flavour and it was unreal 🤤 The farm shop is also epic, and very reasonably priced! Overall a fabulous day out 👌🏻

I woke up this morning and hadn’t slept well. I thought, shall I rearrange my swim today? I had that brief thought but then didn’t give myself the option to follow it through. And I am SO glad I went!
The pool was busy cos of the weather, but it was PERFECT. Hot air, bright sun, cold water and lots of happy people getting their lengths in. It sounds silly, but I’ve always felt I’m where I should be when I’m swimming. I absolutely love it and I’m so glad I’m able to start doing it again. A few adjustments to my stroke to keep my shoulders happy, and my kick board practice has helped so much. I felt so fast and powerful today. I love it ♥️
