Ditch the boring gym routine and join us for Adult Gymnastics every Friday from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Whether you’re a total beginner or a former pro, we have the best setup in the city to help you flip, fly, and find your flow.

We are the only club in Sheffield to offer a huge, hybrid facility that combines elite gymnastics kit with a powerhouse workout zone:

- Pro Equipment: Full-size sprung floor, tumble track, and a huge foam pit for safe landings.

- CrossFit Area: A fully kitted-out strength zone to build that gymnastic power.

- Stress-Free Access: Ample on-site parking (no Sheffield city-center traffic headaches here!).

💜🖤 AGA MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL REMINDER 🖤💜

Our new gymnastics year is about to begin on 1st October, which means it’s time to renew your annual AGA membership! 🤸🏼‍♀️✨

The annual membership fee is £10 per gymnast and is now due before 1st October.

Please make payment of the £10 membership fee directly to your coach during your child’s lesson. This allows us to mark payments off our records and ensure everyone is registered and up to date for the new gymnastics year. ✅

Once your gymnast is set up with us, we charge a small £10 annual membership fee, as our gymnastics year runs from October to October.

This fee helps us to:
💜 Officially register your gymnast as an AGA member
🖤 Cover our administration costs
💜 Help with the smooth running of the club

Archie came to us with a a mission that he wanted to get his aerial to help advance his dancing so has been working incredibly hard with Coach Beth and on lesson 3 we have gained so much confidence landing one not only from the block but from the track too! we are super proud of his hard work! 💜🤸‍♂️

We are pleased to announce we are now taking bookings for our annual sleepover here at the club! 🤸‍♀️
📅 Saturday 12th September

Come down for an action packed night including lots of gymnastics, fun games, team building exercises and the return of the popular build a fort challenge which so many of you loved last year!

All this followed by a movie and your favourite snacks! Breakfast is on us so don’t worry about that and we will have a variety of options available to suit everyone 😃

All the children will need for the night is a sleeping bag and pyjamas, we will have a selection of snacks available throughout the night however if you wish to send them with a selection of their own favourite snacks/drinks or anything else they wish to bring please feel free to do so!
