CALLING ALL MUMS WHO WANT TO GET BACK INTO FITNESS POST PREGNANCY ��Are you a mum with a baby aged 0-3 years old and struggling to exercise due to a lack of confidence or childcare issues?��If so, you don’t need to struggle anymore!��We know how hard it can be for new mums to get out and exercise especially when it comes to childcare. ��Not being able to get childcare shouldn’t be the reason you can’t workout.��Our mum and baby bootcamp is designed specifically for mums who want to get back into fitness post pregnancy. ��In our 45 minute sessions you will:��Burn body fat & build strength🔥�become fitter & more energetic🔥�Gain back your confidence🔥��In all of our baby bootcamp sessions we have one of our fully qualified personal trainers taking you though a session✅��We have a dedicated safe area set up to allow you to bring your baby along to the session✅��You get to workout alongside other mums who are all facing the same struggles as you✅ ��You are able to tend to your babies at anytime during the session if needed ✅��All these sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and are on every Tuesday & Thursday at 10:30 - 11:15 ��If you are a mum & would like more information to book your free taster sessions simply message us the words “Baby bootcamp”

Lisa’s one of our mum and baby bootcamp regulars, attending these sessions enables Lisa to get 2 workouts ticked off each week without having to worry about childcare.

Not only that, it gives Lisa chance to connect with other mums!

Hi all and welcome to our new page TFA - Mum & Baby Bootcamp! Please give us a follow at:

As an established gym we thought it would be a great new addition to introduce these classes onto our timetable!

INTRODUCING THE MUM & BABY BOOTCAMP 📣

We are happy to announce that we are launching our brand new bootcamp aimed specifically for mums who want to get back into fitness post pregnancy.

With our specialty mum & baby bootcamp it allows new mums to get back into exercise, without having to worry about childcare or the fear of entering a gym alone!

It’s also a great chance get fit & connect with other mums at a time you need and appreciate it the most!!

Today we had our first class and what a success it was!

As of next week these classes will be available every week at The Fitness Academy!

Class times are every Tuesday & Thursday at 10.30am-11:15am

If you’re a mum with a child under the age of 1 and you’d like more information or you’d like to book your FREE TASTER SESSION, DM us the words ‘BABY BOOTCAMP’

Spaces are limited to 8 people per session & will be reserved on a first come first served basis so be fast.
