What a day!

One of the reasons we LOVE running our competitions at Forge is because the CrossFit community is OUTSTANDING. Folk give up their weekends to judge, athletes support other athletes they have never met before. People jump in to cover for injury. You all helped us tidy up the gym! Our world is pretty special.

Today was everything we love about our sport - you guys gave it all - and showed our communities extend past our own gyms & we are one massive group!
