As every year, I like to share my experiences over the last 12 months and a reminder of what’s truly important.
Last year consisted of:
Reducing my PT hours to spend more time Zaccy, Hayley and pushing the online side of the business. Scary? Yes. Did it pay off? X10 worth. I wish I did it earlier.
Competing: winning my qualifier, going to the universe and placed 8th. LOADS of lessons and things to take on board for next year. I encourage you to challenge yourself, do a shoot, do a show, diet WELL for a holiday. Take yourself outside of your comfort zone. There’s 💎 to collect along the way!
Another house move (after an incomplete property and a 2nd property full of hidden mold that gave me pneumonia).
Personal life goals: I realised a long time ago my purpose is 1 and 1 only: Help and service.
I LOVE helping people around me. In a world that pushes the agenda of making and extra 2/3/4k per month (business mentor wankers) , I’ve experienced that looking for genuine connection and impact will build a solid team around you and gets you there 10 times quicker.
The buzz I get from making and extra X per month is nothing compared to a message from a team member saying: I’ve been promoted as a result of better habits and levelling up their mindset, I’ve lost x amount of weight and I feel indestructible, I want to do a shoot, my lower back is no longer an issue, etc.
Staying in my own lane: not in an arrogant way: I do not care about anyone else is doing nor social media smoke. It’s fake.
I care about the people around me on a personal level. Not behind screens and instagram posts. Let. It. Go.
Stop swiping. Life is happening in front of you and you’re living it behind a screen.
So what’s the plan of action moving forward?
Carrying on spending as much time as possible with my little family. I don’t want to miss a single moment.
Carrying on coaching the team of legends I coach. You guys make me really proud every day. I mean it ❤️
Carrying on challenging myself as an athlete , business owner an athlete. I’m a dopamine addict ADHD so I like overcoming! 👇🏻
