You brought the energy, the smiles and some seriously impressive running.

From the buzz on the start line to the brilliant performances from our winners, you made the whole event something special.

We loved hosting you and cheering you on.Well done everyone, you were fantastic.

Well done to all our runners! Was very warm out there but you all smashed it!! The winner did it in an incredible 30:59!!!!

Full results and photos will be processed and shared on this page over the next few days so keep an eye out for those.

Some tips in running in warm weather 🥵

Final course inspection done this morning and we are good to go!! The course will be well marshalled but there are arrows on the ground as a back up!

Majority of the race is through the woods and there is a nice breeze. Temperature is still expected to be hot tonight so please stay hydrated and apply sunscreen. There is a water station on the route and at the finish. Probably not the night for a PB so be sensible and stay safe.

Numbers can be collected from 6pm at Thorncliffe Community Sports Bar on Mortomoley Close. Please ignore the bit about barcode scanning as we are reverting to traditional timing tonight.

Our bakers have been busy and the Buffett is ready!!

1 day to go!!

Just a reminder that there is a change in venue this year and race HQ will be Thorncliffe Community Sports Bar on Mortomley close (S35 3HZ)

Numbers can be collected from 6pm.

Parking is limited but available in the sports bar car park & also Thorncliffe leisure centre.

Post race Buffett and presentation following the race back at race HQ.
