The heavy rain brought us some unexpected visitors today! 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

Within about 10min these little ladies had got into the gym, panicked, 💩 and get trapped behind equipment 😫😫

Luckily animal loving Laura | Strong Women 30+ Coach | Menopause and her client was around to scoop them up 1 by 1 and take them back to the river! (But of course a selfie was needed first!) 😍

Big shout out to who took on his first Strongman competition this weekend 🔥💪

Events included:
80kg farmers 30M in 20.4 secs
160kg Conans for 48M
60kg axle into 70kg log and attempt of 80kg log

Placing 14th out of 16 is an excellent position and we are looking forward to seeing this guy grow 💪

✅️ 252.5kg Deadlift which was a (+2.5kg PB)
