I’ve shared Kim’s incredible transformation before, but as she heads towards the big 4-0 this year, it’s time for the next chapter…

Mission: Fit For 40!

The photo on the left is a reminder of where she started. The photo on the right is the result of consistency, commitment, and showing up for herself even when life got busy!

This next phase isn’t about fat loss anymore. It’s about building on everything she’s achieved so far, getting stronger, building lean muscle, increasing confidence, and becoming the healthiest, strongest version of herself as she enters her 40s!

What makes me most proud isn’t the physical transformation (although it’s bloody incredible šŸ˜), it’s the mindset shift, the habits she’s created, and the confidence she’s gained along the way!

Kim, you should be so proud of how far you’ve come. Thank you for putting your trust in me and allowing me to be part of this amazing journey!

Just look at those muscles already! I can see the definition starting to shine through, and this is only the beginning. I can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings, and I’ll be beside you every step of the way… sneakily adding extra weight to the bar or shouting across the gym that it’s time to go heavier! šŸ˜‚

WHEN A COACH TELLS ANOTHER COACH ā€œI HAVE 6 WEEKS TO FEEL LIKE ME AGAINā€

And trust me understood the assignment and I think she enjoyed it a bit too much to be honest šŸ˜‚

The scales only moved by 2.5kg, but these photos are proof that the number on the scale doesn’t tell the full story

The truth is, over the last year, life happened.

When my partner needed surgery, our weekends completely changed. The hikes, active days out and gym sessions together disappeared overnight. Instead, weekends became nice meals out, a few pints of Guinness, red wine, cheese boards and simply making the best of the situation we were in.

At the same time, I was helping my clients achieve their goals, supporting my partner, moving house, running a business and navigating everything that comes with it.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped paying attention to my own goals.

Most people would still say I looked in shape. I still trained, but I was just going through the motions. I was the least lean I’d been in years, my clothes didn’t fit how I wanted them to, I felt sluggish and I’d completely lost touch with my own progress.

So before the first festival of the year, I decided enough was enough.

I needed to take action.

I’d spent so long pouring into everyone else that I’d stopped showing up for myself.

So I messaged Rebekah and said:

ā€œI’ve got 6 weeks to feel like me again. Give me everything you’ve got.ā€

No excuses.
No shortcuts.
No negotiating.

Just hard graft, consistent check-ins and putting my own training back up the priority list.

And for 6 weeks, I gave it everything I’d got… and then some.

The early mornings, the food prep, the steps come rain or shine, the heavy resistance sessions, the cardio and yes… the StairMaster that you’ve all seen me practically chained to. šŸ˜‚šŸ™ˆ

And it paid off.

I feel like myself again

My shape is coming back
My energy is back
My confidence is back

This wasn’t about becoming someone different.

It was about becoming me again

Now it’s time for 6 weeks of maintenance before we go again for holiday prep

The foundations are built

Next phase: level up, push harder and get into the best shape I’ve ever been in šŸ”„

This is exactly why I love what I do! 🧔

So many women think they have to choose between getting results and living their life. The truth is, sustainable results come from learning how to do both!

Over the last few months, we’ve worked on building habits that fit around family life, social events, holidays, busy weeks and everything else that comes with being a mum. No extremes, no drastic measures, no cutting out everything you enjoy and no ā€œall or nothingā€ mentality. Just consistency, patience and trusting the process.

There were weeks when she wanted to give up because the scales weren’t shifting as quickly as she’d hoped. Weeks where all she could see was that apparently her elbows were becoming more defined šŸ™„šŸ˜‚. But instead of throwing the towel in, she kept showing up, kept focusing on the habits and kept trusting the plan.

And that’s exactly why these results mean so much!

Because sustainable results aren’t built in a perfect 6 weeks. They’re built through patience, learning what works for your body, navigating life’s ups and downs and continuing even when progress doesn’t feel obvious!

The transformation isn’t just what you see in these photos. It’s the confidence she’s gained, the healthier lifestyle she’s created and the knowledge that she can achieve incredible results without putting her life on hold!

I’m so proud of you, everything you’ve achieved and the lifestyle you’ve created and even though she always told me she would never get 10k steps a day in guess what she’s bloody doing it! 🧔

From years of yo-yo dieting and not feeling confident in herself… to this šŸ”„

12kg down and the difference is incredible!

Not just in the scales… but in her shape, strength, confidence and overall fitness!

A completely different shape and a completely different mindset, honestly these photos speak for themselves! The definition coming through everywhere is unreal!

But the biggest transformation of all? Her strength

The weights she’s lifting now compared to when she first started are insane, and watching her confidence grow week after week has been incredible to see!

What makes me most proud though isn’t just the weight loss… it’s the consistency behind these results!

She works full time, has children, a partner working away and a busy life like most people… but she still finds a way to get it done. She follows her plan to a T with no excuses, and these results weren’t achieved through endless hours in the gym either!

🧔 1 spin class
🧔 and recently added 1 run a week

No extremes! No quick fixes!
Just showing up, following the plan and staying consistent even when life gets busy!

If she couldn’t make a class, we adapted.
If time was tight, we made it work!

Because this journey isn’t about being perfect it’s about building habits that fit into REAL life!

Sometimes the biggest win is just starting again!

Nearly 35 seconds per km slower than July last year…

And you know what? I’m still proud!

I haven’t ran since August. When my running partner rudely needed surgery šŸ™„ it completely knocked my rhythm, and I found it so hard to get back out there on my own!

It’s funny how quickly you can fall out of something you love… but I don’t half miss it!

So this morning, in that beautiful sunshine, I decided it was time. And it reminded me exactly why I fell in love with running in the first place the fresh air, the quiet headspace, the way nothing clears my mind quite like a run!

I even had a new little running partner beside me today to help ease me back in 🐾

Was it slower than where I left off? Yes.
Did it feel harder than I remember? Also yes.
But did it feel GOOD to be back? Absolutely!

Spin and Stairmaster have definitely kept my cardio fitness ticking over, and being able to still manage a 5K without running for months just proves that consistency in other areas matters!

Running is my headspace.
My reset button.
My therapy without the couch.

Now we build again.
Under 6 min/km… I’m coming for you!

And while we’re at it… we’re getting those abs fully back and leaning out again!

No extremes.
No crash diets.
No quick fixes.
No sacrificing real life.

Just consistency, sustainable habits, solid training, balance… and practising exactly what I preach!

Whatever you’ve fallen out of… this is your sign to lace up and start again.

Because the comeback always feels better than the setback 🧔

How 2025 started vs How it’s finishing 🧔

What a difference one year can make when you show up for yourself!

From Jan 2025 to Dec 2025… has been the definition of hard work, consistency and trusting the process. No shortcuts. No magic. Just showing up, learning, growing and pushing herself week after week!

The confidence, the shape, the strength it’s all been earned!

And the best part?
We’ve just started her brand new plan and I can’t wait to take her into 2026 chasing even bigger goals. This girl is only getting started… and I’m beyond proud of her journey so far!

Setbacks don’t define you, they refine you 🧔

6+ weeks out of training, being poorly, holiday mode then straight into physio fixing an issue I’ve been battling for YEARS. Sports massages masked the pain but never fixed the problem, it was time!

Now? My shoulder is finally feeling a MILLION times better thanks to the amazing
But my orders are clear no heavy lifting while we rebuild it properly!

And the timing? Couldn’t have been worse.
I was deep in a strength plan — chasing a 120kg squat, already hitting 105kg and smashing a double body weight deadlift, while on a mission to build my legs, bum and back as big as possible!
Then suddenly… I couldn’t do any of it.

It hit hard!
I felt frustrated, lost motivation, clothes felt tighter, I felt weak and for the first time in over 10 years, I genuinely fell out of love with training.
For a minute, it felt like I’d lost everything I’d worked so hard for.

But the truth is even coaches have setbacks, I’ll be honest I threw my dummy out šŸ™ˆ
I preach ā€œadapt and overcomeā€ every day, but telling yourself that? That’s the real test.

So I hit RESET.
New mindset. New plan. New goals.
Right now it’s not about lifting the heaviest weight it’s about rebuilding from the inside out.

I’m back on:
• 2 upper
• 2 lower
• 3 cardio
• Higher volume (12–15 reps)
• Confidence-building, shoulder-rebuilding, getting back leaner, stronger and falling back in love with the process!

New goals:
•Bring the 6 pack back
•Build the strongest shoulder I’ve ever had
•Get back to 4Ɨ10 pull-ups (currently 4Ɨ6 — we MOVE)
