P.S the workout this week is quick core..
10 x crunches
10 x dead bugs
10 x ankle taps
10 x Russian twists
30 sec plank
Rest 20 sec and repeat another 2 times.

Are these school holidays messing with routine throwing anyone else off ?? 🫠🤷🏼‍♀️🫣

What day is it? What time is it? What month is it? What planet am I on 🪐😄😫👽

Do NOT guilt trip yourself or beat yourself up for skipping workouts and losing some motivation (or the will to live) in the holidays.

YOU’RE NOT ALONE!! Most of us are feeling it 😅

Focus on getting some home workouts in, being active and not eating all the kids snacks and left overs 😅.

Sometimes we can only do what we can do. And that’s ok!!!

I have been a little quiet on socials recently, and there’s a good reason why ..

I coach women helping them with their diet, fitness, confidence, lifestyle and mindset. Helping them put themselves first amongst the chaos.

You can’t put from an empty cup now can you.

And somewhere along the way I lost myself, well truthfully I never fully had myself.

Being a single devoted mama, I was living in survival mode. I’m not talking about socialising or pamper sessions. Im talking about doing what makes me happy, makes my heart smile, what I want for me.

I have been living a life that never felt it was the one for me, but if you’re a single mum, you know the systems designed to keep you suppressed and stuck!

These last few months I have busy in peace .. discovering myself, finally learnt how to fully decompress, be vulnerable and FINALLY put myself first!

Like the last slide says .. the smiles say it all.

You only get one shot at life, it goes by so quickly, so make sure you’re making the most of it with what makes YOU happy!

Hi everyone 🙋🏼‍♀️

Thought I’d introduce myself properly as I’ve had quite a few new people follow me recently (Thank you ☺️)

I’m Bex.
(That’s me in the pics from 2020 to now)
Online coach, single mum and honestly just a normal woman that got fed up of constantly starting over 😭

I started my fitness journey wanting to feel more confident in myself and yeah… look a bit fitter/hotter too 😂

But fitness ended up giving me so much more:
❤️‍🔥 confidence

❤️‍🔥 better habits
❤️‍🔥 clearer head
❤️‍🔥 more energy as a mum
