What a lovely evening on Sunday

A massive thank you to all the incredible souls who joined us for our Nervous System reset at Sheffield Yoga School! 🙏

By the end, everyone was so deeply relaxed that the only sound was quiet whispers. 🕊️ It was exactly the "deep chill" we hoped for.

Our holistic journey continues at the end of April. For this session, we are bringing in refreshing aromas and a guided visualisation meditation to help you drop into a state of total restoration.

We will be combining Yin Yoga and rhythmic shaking movements to shift stagnant energy before settling into the healing sounds. It is the perfect recipe to release physical tension and reset your frequency
