Postpartum Closing ceremony is inspired by practices from Mexico & Ecuador using a shawl to gently rock and bind the body

You can experience closing anytime after birth. It can be especially potent during the fourth trimester

I offer these experiences as home visits to build on the sense of safety we feel in our own homes

During the initial consultation I tend to ask how you like to receive love and build your ceremony around that. Because for me these ceremonies are about giving and receiving love, mother to mother, heart to heart, womb to womb

Hello everyone! In celebration of Evie Muir’s debut book Radical Rest we are hosting an evening of embodied rest practices and writing prompts.

We will be held in the cosyness of Grow Yoga Space Friday 18th October 18:00-20:30

The practices in this Seasonal Somatics evening are inspired by the wisdom and happenings of autumn.

We will begin slowly
There will be gentle movement and self massage to stimulate the lymphatic system for immunity and mental clarity
There will be time to breathe
We will close with a yoga nidra style guided relaxation

Between each practice there is time to write and explore the themes from Evie’s wonderful book.

This already feels like such a special session and I hope that you can join us ♥️🍁🍂
