⚽💙💛 SHEERNESS EAST GIRLS – NEW U7/U8 TEAM WANTED! 💛💙⚽

Sheerness East Youth FC is looking to launch a brand-new Girls U7/U8 team for the upcoming season, and we are inviting players, parents, and coaches to be part of something special from the very beginning!

We are a friendly, family-run club with a fantastic community spirit, dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where young players can develop their football skills, build confidence, make friends, and most importantly, enjoy the game.

👧 Girls born in 2017 or 2018 wanted
⚽ Fun, friendly training and matches
🏆 FA-qualified coaches
🤝 Supportive club environment

We are also looking for 2–3 coaches who would like to start a new team or bring an existing team to Sheerness East. Full support will be provided by the club, including coaching pathways, mentoring, and assistance with qualifications.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help grow girls’ football in our community and become part of a club that has been at the heart of local football since 1932.

A big thank you to everyone who helped and attended the Sheerness East Youth FC Fun Day. It was a fantastic day and great to see so many people there supporting the club.

A special thank you goes to Paula, who once again did an amazing job organising and championing the event. Your hard work and dedication are truly appreciated.

Days like this wouldn’t be possible without the support of our volunteers, coaches, parents, players, and everyone who contributed in any way. Every penny raised goes directly back into supporting our youth teams, helping to provide opportunities and improve the experience for all of our young players.

Our Under 7s entered the local Sheppey United tournament today and came away as champions, lifting the winners’ trophy. The lads were outstanding throughout the tournament, winning all of their games and drawing just one.

As you can see from the photos and videos, it meant so much to both the players and the coaches. Their sportsmanship, teamwork, and attitude have been second to none all season, and they have continued to excel every week.

A special mention must go to Dean and Lee, who have coached and developed the lads into the fantastic team they are today. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the season have played a huge part in the team’s success.

The boys thoroughly deserved this achievement and celebrated their success at the East Fun Day with their teammates, families, and supporters.

We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them. Well done, lads, and well done Dean and Lee! 💛💙🏆⚽️👏

Arthur George (Deano’s son) has officially signed with Gillingham Academy after completing a 12-week training programme.

This is a great achievement and a real reflection of Arthur’s hard work, commitment, and attitude.
