Sheerness Golf Club is looking for a reliable and conscientious experienced cleaner to join our team within our private members Golf Club.

Cleaning duties will be demonstrated but will include hoovering and mopping of floors, cleaning of washrooms, restocking of consumables.

• Expected hours: 4 per week plus holiday and sickness cover

Duties:
• Perform cleaning tasks such as Sweeping, mopping, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean and sanitise washrooms
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard.

Skills:
* Proven experience in cleaning.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
* Attention to detail and thoroughness in work. Be able to work independently and use own initiative.
* Demonstrate a reliable and responsible approach

The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served promptly.

• Flexible to cover additional shifts for the Catering Manager when required to support function and event catering.

Roles/Responsibilities:
• Catering experience required.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required).
• Ensure current food safety and sanitation practices are followed.
• Setting up the kitchen for service and closure procedures.
• Prepare and cook food for service to specifications provided by the Catering Manager.
• Keeping your section clean tidy and stocked at all times.
• A friendly and cheerful disposition.
• Excellent customer service skills
