Hey all

It’s less then 8 weeks till the Christmas binge approaches lol 😆

Don’t wait till after Christmas to start training and hitting them goals there’s no better time then now.

Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking about expanding my Boxercise classes to cater for kids.
Before I go ahead and purchase equipment and training I’d like to know who would be interested. The class will be aimed at 5-16 year olds.

I’m thinking of investing in some more equipment that will enable me to teach private sessions at Sheppey United.

The benefits are

Fees are:

2 ppl - £30 £15 each
3 ppl - £30 £10 each
4 ppl - £10 each
5 ppl - £8 each
